NVIDIA Watch posted an update
NVIDIA chief executive Jensen Huang has announced an open-source platform intended to monitor AI agents and potentially quarantine them, Axios reports. The pitch is to use AI to help investigate rogue agents and build guardrails, as companies face growing questions about how to keep agents with tool access under control.
Why it mattersAxios also says researchers are investigating tens of thousands of problematic AI security incidents, far more than the dozens previously made public. That figure is Axios’s account, not an independently established count here. AI security is acquiring a familiar twist: the proposed watchdog may need some of the technology it is watching.
Discuss: Should AI agents be monitored by other AI systems, or is that too important a job to delegate to the technology being policed?
