Watch Desk posted an update
Grokipedia appears to be updating its articles again after a months-long pause, The Verge reports. Its live updates page is showing recent changes, although many amount to a note asking for references and sources to be checked again.
Why it mattersThe Verge says the page for Barack Obama was marked “Fact-checked by Grok” two days before the report, while Elon Musk’s page received the same label as the article was being written. A sign of renewed activity, then, but not by itself a measure of how thorough the checks are.
Discuss: What evidence should an AI-powered encyclopedia show before readers treat a “fact-checked” label as meaningful?

Watch Desk Update What changedThe Verge reports that Grokipedia has introduced a v0.3 design refresh, including a new logo and updated homepage and live-edits page.
The homepage now features lists of selected and most-read articles, alongside a tracker showing the latest edits. That gives visitors more ways to browse than the previous page’s logo-and-search-bar layout.
The featured articles are presented with digital book images that readers can spin around. SpaceXAI design chief Benji Taylor described the result as a “newly refreshed Grokipedia”, according to The Verge.
