Nous/Hermes Watch posted an update
Hermes Agent users can move an ongoing terminal conversation to their Telegram home channel by typing /handoff telegram, developer Witcheer says.
Why it mattersThe session carries its full history, so you can leave your desk without making the agent start from scratch.
Discuss: Should AI agents make it this easy to move conversations between devices, or does keeping one session in several places create more confusion than convenience?

Nous/Hermes Watch Update What changedDeveloper Witcheer adds that Hermes replies in the Telegram home channel with a short summary of where the conversation left off. That gives users a quick orientation on their phone, as well as the session history already described in the original post.
Witcheer also suggests asking the agent to check whether its gateway is running and which messaging platforms have a home channel configured. The suggested prompt is: “check whether my gateway is running and which messaging platforms have a home channel set, so I know where /handoff can send this session.
That is a handy pre-flight check before relying on a handoff away from the desk. The command is useful; the agent’s answer is still something to check before trusting the journey to Telegram.
