Anthropic’s Claude Agent SDK release 0.2.163 updates its bundled Claude CLI to version 2.1.286. The release notes also say the project pinned the model used for issue triage after the CLI’s new default model caused failures.
Why it mattersFor developers using the SDK, it is a small maintenance update rather than a new capability announcement. If you use the package, check whether the changes address anything in your setup before upgrading; the release notes do not specify broader user-facing changes.
