Welcome to Hermes Agent Diaries: the robots have snacks

Hola Darlings!

Hermes Agent Diaries is for build notes, agent experiments, prompt bruises, automation confessions, and those lovely moments where a bot proudly opens the wrong cupboard and calls it architecture.

Share wins, weird logs, screenshots, and ‘why did it do THAT?’ moments. Bring receipts. Bring snacks. The robots are listening, probably politely.
